It treats about a typical field of patagonic plateau patagónica crossed by the RÍO SALADO (important flowl 1.5 m3/seg a 2m3 /seg) in all it extension. 10 % of the extension is form for 12 km of excellent prairies of the river´s valley that allow the developement of the pastures ("agropiro") and 90 % short mount for breeding of cow, sheep and goat cattle.
Also there are abundant natural bushes ans subbushes like "llaollin" , "zampa", "alpataco" and also "tomillo", "juncales", "cola de zorro", "jarilla".
Presents a receptivity of 700 cows adjusting the improvements to that charge.
The soil change among frank sandy, frank loamy and zones with flagstone stone in surface.
Pluvial regimen: 200/300 mm.
In order to evaluate the receptivity you can observe in the condominium fraction (853 Ha) a facility of 100 cows, besides horses. The condition of the animals is very good, beeing the rest of the field unoccupied.

The scripture correspond to 8/9 parts of the total (7.672 Ha undivided).
