PRODUCTIVE, CLIMATIC AND SOIL CHARACTERISCTICS OF THE AREA

It is located in the Fitogeográficamente se ubica en el Chaqueño Western District characterized for present a vegetation conformed of forest with dry conditions, which climax community is the forest of red quebracho from Santiago, White quebracho and locust, hmong other species of bushes.
The aptitude of the area is cattle, capable for pastures and support cultivations to cattle raising, with great potencial to develop the cattle activity, because of the readiness of water and the coexistence of trees with natural pastures and the cultivated pastures introduced like gatton panic, el buffel grass and Gramma Rhodes
Thre Establishment according to the new normative of the area, dismount and protection of the natural resources, it belongs to the CATTLEFOREST AREA, DRY area, which allows the total dismonut of the 10% of the surface of the field for agricultural production, 40% of selective dismount, with implantation of cultivated pastures for cattle production, conserving the 50% remaining with native mount constituted of species like White Quebracho, red quebracho, itin, locusts, hmong others.
Located in ana rea characterized for present a stabilized plain of the Chaco's park with a plain relief with small waves, because of old beds, generated by the SaladoRiver, being the landscape 100% standardizes.
The flora corresponds to the Chaco's Park vegetation constituted of 60% of woody native species important for food for livestock and with timber importance.
The soils are in a 30% of the total surface of the field form the order of the Molisoles Haplustoles Aridicos, soils class VI., excesively drained, of franc Sandy and oozy texture with aptitude for cattle development. The 70% remaining are soils of the order of the alfisoles, typical Natracualfes, with low salinity and contents of sodium. With cattle aptitud and ideals for implantation of cultivated pastures like gramma rhodes in a shepherding system.
The underground Waters have origin in the bed of the Salado river with hydro geologic importante. The exploitation flow is higher than 10 m3/h.

CURRENT PRODUCTIVE SITUATION OF THE FIELD

At August of 2009 the property is not being exploited.
Exist areas of old fires where is possible with low cost the qualification of the land for cultivations.
It is important to highlight that the accesito the field is through a neighbor road and through Provincial Routes Nº 5 paved and Nº 2 of rubble, both important because they allow the exit of the products in a Fast way to the comercialization centres, because the Route Nº5 comunicates with the National Route Nº 34 which is a vary important way of comunication towards other provinces and bordering countries, Called the Mercosur Route.

POTENTIAL PRODUCTIVE SITUATION OF THE FIELD

According to the the cattle forest aptitude grade and following the normative of dismount and protection of the natural resources, the area is capable to carry out the agricultural production under dry conditions in support to the cattle production, with cultivations like sorghum, corn and pastures.
With cattle management and implantation of cultivated pastures and cultivations in support to the cattle production the cattle charge of the field is an animal per 4 hectares per year.
According to he normative in validity, wich application authority is the General Direction of Forests and Fauna, and according to the area to produce in forest lands, it is allowed a 10% of agricultural dismount, in areas of dry conditions a 40% od selective dismount with impltantation of cultivated pastures, reserving the 50% of mount to conserve the native species of the area.
