DESCRIPTION

Exceptional CATTLEMAN field of high and intermediate mount constituted of species of excellent forrage value, with 100 Ha dismounted capable for cultivated pastures of quality implantation and with 20 ha near to the hull wich were destinated years behind to medic production.
The principal activity developed in the ares is the extensive cattleman production, basically the breeding of the bovine livestock based on the use of natural pastures, because of the excellent forrage value that the species that consitutte the mount present, being the principal
chañar, piquillín, alpataco, alfilerillo, clover, among others.
With possibility to develop the sport hunt because it counts with a fauna constituted of deer, boars, ostriches, pumas, among others.
The current cattleman receptivity is 3 Ha / cow being able to be increased significantly through the implantation of cultivated pastures of good quality and the incorporation of the feeding with balanced food to the productive system of the field.
At this moment it counts with 900 breeding cows, 600 calves and 500 young bulls.
The soils are franc to franc sandy, presenting water of good quality for the livestock located at 18 to 30 meters depth.
The rain register average of the area is about 400-500 mm. annual, concentrated mostly during the summer.
At this moment, July of 2008 230 mm have rained until now this year.
