DESCRIPTION

It is a field 100% CATTLEMAN that is characterized to present a smoothly wavy relief, practically clean with little short mount (500 Ha) and in an area where the Cordillera de Los Andes is visible.
It presents natural vegetation of excellent productivity, in winter and summer, being the predominant species tupe, flechilla fina y flechilla crespa.
At this moment counts with 250 breeding cows, being a light load because the cattle receptivity of the field is 400 breeding cows, it is an ideal field to develop with new divisions (Taking advantage of the excellent water) and installation of pasto llorón.
The soils are frank sandy, stony, with water of good quality located at 30 to 70 mts. depth.
The rains registration of the area is 400 mm. annual. At the moment it has rained 270 mm. it calculates high in relation to other years and with regard to the rest of the county, what could be explained by the influence of a microclimate generated by El Chocón and the Embalse Dique Casa de Piedra.
