DESCRIPCIÓN

It is a field made up of two fractions being one of 14.000 Ha. and the other of 10.000 Ha., 100% Cattleman, inside it two very defined areas are distinguished, a low area, constituted of 80% of the total surface of the field, and a high area represented by the 20% remaining.
The cattle receptivity is 5.000 to 7.000 sheep or 500 to 1.000 bovines.
The typical natural vegetation of the area is low mount of piquillín and jarilla with species like zampa, flechilla fina, coiro, poa, among others.
At this moment it is not exploited, it counts only with some horses.
The water of perforation is sweet of very good quality, which is located approximately at 20 meters depth.
The historical registration average of rains is 200 mm / year.
The soils are frank sandy in low areas, taking bigger consistency towards the highest areas.
