EXCEPTIONAL VIRGIN FRACTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CULTIVATIONS UNDER WATERING LIKE OLOVE GROVES, VINE AND LATELY IN THE AREA THEY HAVE AVANCED WITH JATROPHE STUDIES.

It is located in a privileged area of expansion of watering projects with 7 km of at both sides of the asphalted route Nº 510 and at only one hour from the capital of the province, towards theeast of the same one.
Its location is also convenient because it is located over the tourist route that crry to the Natural park Ischiguslasto, humanity's natural patrimony at only 130 km of distance from the field, known by all the planet as VALLE DE LA LUNA (VALLEY OF THE MOON).
The route Nº 510 joins with route Nº 141 (Toward La Rioja) being part of the biocean corridor that will join Porto Alegre in Brazil with Port of the Serene and Coquimbo in Chile through the step of ´´Agua Negra´´ (Balck water)
The principal activity historically developed by the inhabitants of the area is based on the male goat and cróele bovines breeding, because this animal count with hte necessary wildness to support the environmental conditions that characterized the area, in which the climate is semiarid/arid.
The field also counts with quarries of quartz located in the west limit of the same one, whch are located in the exploitation.
The soil is soft and franc sandy in the low area, that is to say towards the east of the route Nº 510, towards the west it is more stony, with several gulches produced by the grow and slope of the water of the rain..
The field in some areas is plain with not very marked slopes toward the east (toward the provincial limit). The natural vegetation is typical of the area and it is good for cattle raising.
For cultivations the variety is good (olive groves, vines pistachio), depending on the watering capacity that one can obtain with underground extraction (between 20 and 60 meters depth) with flows of 150000 liters hour.
The rain register of the last 5 years of the area is 200 mm. annuals.

FAUNA: It is very varied. The gump is the specimen that you can appreciate easily, there are also hares from patagonia, gray fox, puma, vizcachas, quirquinchos and mouse of paintbrush line. The birds presents in this place are: condor, jotes, eaglets, caranchos, ñandúes, martinetas and chuñas, migratory birds as heron, larks, etc.; the amphibians are scarce.

FLORA: It is possible to appreciate different types of cardones (some of great height) and of locusts, jarillas, retamas, chañares, pitches, breas, chilca, cortadera, mistletoe, etc.

MOUNTAINS OF VALLE FERTIL

The Landscape that frames the river of the Valley is captivating, with abundant vegetation and imposing birds and fauna (carpenters, parrots, black thrushes, etc.) and crystalline waters of slopes. It is an ideal area to carry out different outdoors activities (Walks, voyages in 4 x 4, rides, etc.
